Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi emphasized on Monday the need for African countries to strengthen intra-African trade.

Sisi made the appeal while delivering his speech at the inauguration of the 3rd edition of the Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF2023) in Cairo.
He says Egypt is only keen on building, working, and reconstruction and nothing more.

“We, in Egypt, work to ensure that our support comes in every positive way, and we are keen on playing a role that benefits all people, he said.

He noted that Africa is blessed with enormous economic capabilities and huge natural resources in all fields; it only needs coordination and positive cooperation between all the countries on the continent to harness them.

“In Africa, we have all the capabilities, but as you all know, there are some obstacles, and we are only keen on building, working, and reconstruction—nothing more than that,” Sisi said.
